When you use Teknesya's free tools (AI Readiness Assessment, AI Use Case Generator, etc.), we may collect your email address if you voluntarily provide it for report delivery. We also collect anonymised usage data (industry, company size, AI score) to improve our tools. We never collect personally identifiable information without your consent.

2. How We Use Your Data

Email addresses are used solely to deliver the requested report or to respond to your inquiry. We do not sell your data. We do not share your data with third parties except the AI model providers (Microsoft Azure OpenAI) that power our tools, subject to their privacy terms.

3. Data Storage

Your data is stored securely in Supabase (EU/US infrastructure). You can request deletion of your data at any time by emailing contact@teknesya.com.

4. Cookies

We use essential cookies only. No tracking or advertising cookies.

5. DPDP Act Compliance

Teknesya Networks complies with India's Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 (DPDP Act). For any data-related requests, contact our Data Principal Officer at contact@teknesya.com.
